We aim to present product descriptions, colours, details and measurements as accurately as possible. Colours and appearance can vary by screen, photography and hand-crafted processes. Natural variations in artisanal work are not necessarily defects.
Orders, pricing and payment
All online orders are subject to availability and acceptance. Online orders are prepaid; Cash on Delivery is currently not available. We may correct pricing, description or availability errors and may decline or cancel an affected order. If payment has already been captured for a cancelled order, the applicable amount will be returned through the original payment method.
Customisation and fit
Pieces may be prepared according to selected size, measurements and agreed customisation. Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements and reviewing agreed details. Additional personalisation may involve an extra charge communicated before work proceeds.
Preparation and delivery
Made-to-order and customised pieces generally require approximately 40–50 days for preparation and dispatch. Transit time begins after dispatch and varies by destination and logistics provider. For a fixed wedding or event date, contact Customer Care before ordering so feasibility can be reviewed; urgent delivery is not guaranteed unless confirmed in writing.
Returns and exchanges
Return, exchange, fit and refund requests are governed by our Refund Policy. Customised, altered and personalised pieces may have restricted eligibility.
Intellectual property
All website content, including designs, photographs, graphics, logos, text and brand elements, belongs to Label Maninder Gulati or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced or commercially used without permission.
Third-party services
The store is hosted by Shopify and may use third-party payment, logistics and service providers. Their services may be subject to separate terms and privacy practices.
